The customer survey results for 2018 have now been published on our Customer Satisfaction page (https://www.aviareto.aero/information-centre/customer-satisfaction/). We are pleased that overall the level of satisfaction with the International Registry remains high. We will continue to make improvements to the system in 2019 and provide a high level of customer service to all our users.
